Harvest

Harvest Festival today at St Marks....oh yippee. I don't enjoy harvest, I prefer the carol service.

This afternoon I went over to the Nursing Home with Prep 1, the children each carried a harvest gift. They sang a song for the old folk and had a chat with them. To start with they were like hares in headlights but then they just went off and chatted, the old ladies were thrilled with them. It was lovely to see how the children and the old people each got so much out of the experience.
