Seem to be continually playing catch up, took this yesterday! as yet not even taken one for today!

Been busy today doing training to become a volunteer for MIND, so its been an interesting day. Mental health has always held a special fascination for me.

Right, need to get my hair dyed by my neighbour, looking like a bloody badger at the moment! xx
