Market day....

Another chaotic one today. Rushed round feeding everything then loaded up the 6 Angus heifers for the store sale at St Boswells . Only problem was that I couldn't get reversed as the trailer over run brakes kept jamming on so managed to get up the yard to go round behind the sheds and out again. Only problem with that was I got stuck in a big snow drift so had to be hauled out with a tractor and chain.
Eventually made it to the mart ready for the 10 o'clock start only to find they had changed it back to 11am. So all the panic was for nothing. They sold ok though - 490K £1080.
Back via mechanic pal who hopefully cured the brake problem then an evening spent building more pens in the lambing shed. The joys.
