Ancient tree

This ancient yew tree in Stedam churchyard is approximately 2500 years old!
My friend (fellow blipper R4T) and I went on a church blipping expedition and visited Stedam church (first extra), Iping church (a solid sandstone Victorian church, second extra) and Trotton church (a 14thC, third extra) which not only had wonderful wall paintings of the last judgment but also the earliest surviving brass of a female in England. The table tomb in the chancel had a huge brass top and is the best preserved ornate brass, apparently!
