What a mesmerising opening ceremony for the Winter Paralympics today. It was a fabulous spectacle of lights, with an inspiring conclusion when an amputee Olympian hailed himself to the top of the central structure with the Olympic torch to ignite the giant cauldron with the flame that will burn throughout the coming days. Good luck to all the parathletes.
