fish bowl

i was just thinking about this week's theme of movement /stillness and my fish bowl caught my eye...following the theme of stillness, and how there still isn't any goldfish in there!! rubbish pet owner!
today was mostly spent walking about and debating floor levels - i did not think it was possible to spend a day doing this!
most exciting thing about today - i will not, i repeat, not..be going for a run! :-)
