Work in the morning was alright, then to see Jeanie in the afternoon. Sadly today she had a lot of pain in her legs, even with all the co codamol, and she looked very pale. I spent most of the afternoon trying to give her massages and change the position of her legs to try to ease the pain. The carers were very kind with her, bringing things to try to distract her, so she did a bit of magic water painting, and we looked at a jigsaw, but she did not want to do it, so I just talked about the picture, there was a dog in it and children paddling in a stream; Jeanie could remember swimming in the Thames.
Back home to a lovely surprise, a box of flowers from Wild and Bloom, from Rosie, they are beautiful.
The insurance company phoned back, I am now saving quite a lot so it was worth doing a bit of research. Gardeners World and then book and bed for me.
