An aboo-toned band

Some of the strange things seen in the middle of a wood ... on a tree stump ... on the other side of a stream ... to a perfectly good path ... as a semi-retiree you’d think I’d have better things to be getting on with than spending ten minutes in the company of an abandoned boot, and photographing it !??!

...tried it on but it didn’t fit with the flip-flop I found earlier, so I put it back where I found it ....
