too late

i think i left it too late to try this shot tonight, there wernt enough cars on the road at 21:00 tonight. had i of made it here at 18:00 im sure i wold have got the effect i was hoping for.

maybe try it again another evening.

this is the big set of traffic light at the south end of the merry hill centre, on the pedmore road. this point is exactly 1 mile from my house. in the late 80s early 90s the richardsons who owned the shopping centre at the time had a plan to build the worlds tallest building on this site. i remember seeing it on the local news and asking dad "if it fell down, would it hit our house?" dad very quickly worked it out and assured me, it would miss us by a few feet!
