Soggy

We went for a walk to buy a Sunday newspaper. So wet and muddy everywhere . Sticky slippery Warwickshire clay mud, ready to upend you if you're  not careful. Very tiring to walk on at the best of times. We saw plenty of spring flowers and a skylark, a butterfly and bees.
After that we went to Richard and Jenny's house with Jenny's parents too for Mothers' day lunch. Scrumptious, and so lovely to be spoiled. Came away with flowers and cards as well, oh and a tree!  To be blipped at a later date no doubt. Wonderful!
