The house of fun

Not something I'd usually do, but I watched the service of celebration for commonwealth day at Westminster Abbey on TV this afternoon in the off chance I might glimpse the eldest grandson among the assembled congregation. Not that he has any interest that I know of in the remnants of empire but he, along with six other members of his year at primary school, had been chosen by ballot to represent Scottish schoolchildren at the service. How unlucky was that?

A 4am start for him today and who knows how long sitting there before returning home late tonight – and not one glimpse of him did I see. Plenty of shots of this lot though.
