Day 8 of the USS strike. There seems to be some agreement. However, it looks very much like a lame result,kicking the problems into the long grass. I would have thought that the union is in a stronger position and should demand a better deal. It is a bit of a joke to be asked to reschedule missed lectures. Presumably, the pay will still be docked and we would work for free. We shall see what happens next.
