Stimigliano Station

Another trip to the station to send a friend on her way back to the UK. All this rain is making everything grow including the grass on the railway line. The other cultural insight in the photograph is the Italian love of orange plastic warning fencing. Once installed, it becomes a permanent feature that remains in place for years after the work was commenced or completed.
