    (and the extra - a slice of my heart :) had a stress echo cardiogram today and surprise - i have a heart of a 31 year old they said - so all weirdness otherwise explained - ahem or maybe not???? just a little weird after all these years? - polishing my fins and track shoes - challenges forthcoming :)
