Below the wharf

A beautiful Spring morning (and day). Cloudless morning sky. Crisp and cool temperature chilled the hands a little.

This is the piles below the Halsey Street extension wharf which joins North Wharf in the centre of the Wynyard Quarter. On top of this large wharf is the Viaduct Events Centre. I was able to go down a gangway type of thing onto a floating platform and get close to the edge of the wharf.

A frustrating day dealing with the tax, the unpaid invoices. Improved towards the end as S and I went and collected some chairs to take to the beach house to replace the old broken wooden ones first bought when our children were small; they have had a hard life (the chairs, I mean)

This is Nø 700 blip. I'm pleased it's a little bit special. Especially large
