Frosty start

.Family arrived yesterday from Gatwick for a half term week in Munich.

This was the view from the Arabella Hotel the next morning, looking out to the north-east.

I haven't got any photos of the holiday, maybe I might get my hands on them one day so can only record here that we took off for the Alps to the south-east of Munich staying at the Spitzigsee Arabella Hotel, part of the group that I used in Munich and no doubt got a special rate.

Hotel in the small village with ski slopes and a nice easy slope and lift very close to the hotel plus a nice hotel swimming pool and a good time had by all. We all returned to Gatwick together on Friday 23rd.
