Rare coin

I'm led to believe that of all the commemorative 50p coins in circulation, there is only one design that is less common than this "offside rule" coin.

Not really sure why this bit of simple sports legislation has such a reputation. It would take a small fortune in coins to illustrate rugby's offside rules.
