Facelift

At the Art Block.
Not great timing.
Poor Eadfrith was a victim of snow closure (was it only last week? ) and this week for cosmetic improvements.
we wanted snugger double glazing - without a gap under the doors - but 'cos we're in a conservation area - apparently!,,,we have to have hard wood instead of UPVC and the joiner today tells me there HAS to be a gap under the door or else it won't open....
Ho hum
