I was just across the plaza in the Senedd at the launch of Dwr Cymru Welsh Water's strategic plan to 2050. Essentially how they'll plan to provide clean water, cost-effectively, whilst enhancing the Environment over the next six cycles of AMP investment.
They'll be doing it without needing to deliver a profit to shareholders. And that's the way it damn fucking well should be done.
