And So It Goes.....

Today the screen got the the front wall framing and a roof. I was amazed when the builder was on the roof, caulking and screwing all the joints.
Already there was a big difference in the temperature outside of the villa. It was so much more pleasant.
Tomorrow one of the side walls will be framed in. The builder is going out of town Fri thru Sunday. On Monday the other wall will be framed in and Tuesday all of the screen goes up. This will be wonderful.
