I seeeeee yooooouuuuu!!!!

Gym this morning where my hip played me up, can't ignore it anymore so an appointment has been made with physio to sort that.

Coffee with my lovely friend to catch up followed by an interesting afternoon with a new neighbour and all i will say on that is when your instinct is telling you something actually screaming at you don't ignore it!!!

That is all i have to give today i am out of words they won't come!! I like the Photo though so hope that makes up for it!!
