Mother's Cake

I arrived at Sophie's with two tubs of Ricotta, and we decided that we should use them up in the best way possible, by turning them into a chocolate cake. Well it is nearly Mothers Day.
I found a recipe online and it turned out well with really moist sponge. The icing was not perfect as all cooks know that if you add melted chocolate to moist ingredients it seizes. For some reason this was what the recipe suggested so the frosting had little chocolate pieces in it but we didn't seem to mind too much!
