Malvern Hills

Another walk along the Malvern Hills. Today I started from the Malvern Hills Hotel and walked along to the Wyche cutting and then up to the Worcestershire Beacon which is the highest point. The hills are only 1400 feet high but stand out dramatically when viewed from the west. There are certainly some short sharp steep bits!

The main photo is taken from the top of the Worcestershire Beacon and is looking north west across Herefordshire. In extras you can see the trig point and toposcope and  a wider view towards the Worcestershire Beacon.

I want it explore the Cotswolds more but the soggy muddy footpaths are very hard going at the moment!
