Beaver pond

       The beavers have been busy; time for early morning sunrise walks by the river to see them at play. The bank of the river is littered with their toothy work.

       Book group this evening. We'll be discussing Colson Whitehead's Pulitzer Prize winning novel The Underground Railroad .
