Deadheading

After the nights temperatures dipping into the 30'sF with frost on the ground when I woke up and after it warmed up, I went out to deadhead the roses and whatever else needed done.  I kept throwing the cut roses into one of the spare hanging pots and decided it would make a good blip! Flower.

Then excitement happened on our quiet country road.  I noticed a Sheriff's Department vehicle drive down the road, then another one.  Before I knew it, there must have been 8 or 9 Sheriff's vehicles and if you look at the extra, a helicopter was brought in.  They must have gotten their man/woman because within a couple of hours, the helicopter took off and the cars all went back the way they came.
