Keeping warm

It’s been very cold for the last couple of days - it feels like a long winter. I managed the Parkrun today which generated some heat and this year am getting some good use of my trail shoes.
This afternoon we’ve kept warm with a perfect sporting afternoon in my house :
Scotland win.
Ireland win.
Dons win.
Rangers defeat.
