Stirling Falls

Taken as we passed on the Milford Sovereign on a trip on Milford Sound (which is correctly a fjord). Although the weather was dreich, with low cloud, this served only to add to the atmosphere.
The falls were running well following recent rain; this one, falling from a typical hanging valley, is 146metres high.
Off to Dunedin tomorrow.
