Zebra crossing

Zebra crossings are dangerous in Brussels! Cars seem to have no problem to try and run you over, even though you are on a zebra crossing. It is one of the things I just can't to get used to, even after 6 years!

Anyway, this is the zebra crossing in front of our apartment building. And if the crossings are not dangerous enough they just block it off with fences. Grr... No, I don't want to buy an apartment from you, I just want to cross the road! :)
