Thor’s Cave

Still snowed in this morning so went for a walk again and did an almost reverse of yesterday’s walk but adding a larger loop back to the B&B.

Part of our route took us past Thor’s Cave. Haven’t looked up any info on it as yet. It’s an impressive hole in the face of he hill.

Still very icy underfoot for most of the way meant a long days walking.

Our return journey brought us the length of the road in to our accommodation and we were pleased to see the bulk of the snow drift had been cleared so we are able to get out again. Decided to stay tonight and will see what tomorrow brings when we get there.
