Inside Monimail Tower

My Monday walking group took me to Monimail, another place I'd never heard of, even though it is in nearby Fife.

The tower (see extra) is the last remnant of Monimail Palace, once home of the Archbishops of St. Andrews. A great place for snowdrops too, although they are past their best now. The weather couldn't have been nicer after yesterday's snow, with sunshine, blue skies and no wind.
