LSD Run

Long Slow Distance run with Lymm Runners.
What with Wilmslow half called off and the Oldham Ultra, several of us hardy souls (soles?) decided to go out anyway.
It wasn't so much the snow or cool air that was a problem, it was the Windchill, which made for a character building 10 and a bit miles.
Some of us (more in the know;-) dressed in winter walking kit and were very toasty... others, ah- not so.
It was fun!
