Sweet spud salad

Dinner tonight. One of my favourites and a regular in our house. We love it as its so easy and tasty and will go with any meat or on its own.

It's roasted sweet spud, lightly fried chillies and spring onions, soft rindless goats cheese, ripe figs and balsamic reduction.

I think it's a Yottam Ottolenghi recipe. Try it. It's yum.
