Loan

I borrowed this Ricoh GR II from a friend of mine, because I'm not planning on draging along my heavy DSLR equipment on next week's ski traverse of the Silvretta mountain range. For a compact camera the Ricoh GR II has a huge 23.7x15.7mm (APS-C) sensor (more than three times that of the one 1'' class). The quality of the pictures it produces are quite amazing. On the downside, it has only a fixed focal length lens without any zoom (18.3mm = 28mm 135 film equivalent) - but hopefully that's wide enough for some good mountain photography.
