Thrush

My most favourite bird around here.  There were three of them, youngsters I think,  on the Quince tree this afternoon.  Doug alerted them to me but by the time I grabbed the camera two had gone and this one was facing the other way.  Taken through the window and cropped a bit lot.
Rained lots overnight and much of the day, cold like 11 deg cold, such a contrast to two days ago when we sweltered in 30 degs.

Went and delivered a bucket of peaches to our friends this morning and spent a couple of hours putting the world to rights with them - we failed of course.

Been watching the cricket test between our boys and England - we had them all out for 59 in 90 minutes. Good grief !!  In reply we're 175/3 at stumps, which is OK.  Its a day/night playing with a pink ball.
