Free Parking Now.

Salisbury. Well the powers that be around here have finally woken up to the effect that the `nerve agent` has had on the city. Free parking , free park and ride till at least Easter.. Hopefully this will entice some shoppers back, but I`m afraid it made no difference to this weeks market.
