Pud!

We had several panettone around Christmas time, and Mike particularly enjoyed them, so when I saw a recipe for one in my bread maker machine booklet I thought I'd give it a whirl!

Almost, but not quite, as good as the shop bought variety, but it didn't stay nice and soft like they did.  Remedied the situation by making the remains into a bread and butter pudding!  A win, win result!
