Ice Stupa

This afternoon we skied the wonderful glacier run which runs down from the Diavoleza ski lift down to the Morteratsch Glacier, down the Val Bernina to Morteratsch station where there just happens to be a fine resteraunt in which to celebrate a great experience. Snow conditions were perfect and tbe scenary breathtaking. Near the bottom a Stupa had been created to raise money and heighten awareness of water shortages in Ladak suffering from global warming
