Des Riu.

As I walked back to our flat in Siesta this evening the colours over the sea and above the hill on which Siesta is built we're magnificent.
I had been to a story telling event where participants are encouraged to share their stories and responses to a given topic. Tonight's topic was gratitude. It was so good to hear positive stories about things that people are grateful for, as an anted team to the negative news machine that continues to tell us how bad everything is.
Grateful for people who can find things to be grateful for in difficult circumstances, for inspiration and for the beautiful colours we find every day in nature.
