Wholemeal with Fennel Seeds

I've started adding fennel seeds to my bread from time to time, as I really like the flavour they bring to it. Today's bake is a whole meal loaf, and the other experiment I've made with it is to use one of my bread stencils for the first time. It needs a bit of work and practice to get the definition nice and clear, but I'm quite pleased with the effect - certainly worth repeating.
