Had a nice skype chat with my friend G in Nova Scotia this afternoon. They're normally 5 hours behind but their clocks went forward a couple of weeks ago making them 4 hours behind (until Sunday lol)

Having a restful afternoon after a busy week. Mr B is at his dialysis.
