Forsythia

Something of an EB. I suddenly remember that I'm going out with the "ladies" for dinner tonight - and none of the photos I'd taken so far today were worth a damn. So I grabbed my camera and dashed out to one of our forsythia bushes. Last year the damned blooms got frozen when they were in bud and we didn't get a single bloom. This week they got snowed on, but seem to have managed to go ahead and bloom. Phew!
