Empire State

We started today with Holly's highlight... Breakfast at Tiffany's!  It had sold out within two minutes when we booked the table, so we were lucky to get in.  We had a look round the engagement floor - Holly tried on a $28,000 ring - but luckily we had the cafe booking before I had to whip out the credit card!

After Tiffany's we went to the Lego shop to get some souvenirs, then to the Empire State Building.  Not much of a queue to get there, and a fast lift to the 86th floor.  Great views from the top, but so windy!  

On the way back to the hotel, we went via the Flatiron Building, then Times Square and to M&M World, a three-storey M&M shop.

Dinner at the Meatball Shop, one Holly found on Instagram back in August last year.  Simple menu with a whole range of meatballs, and you just mark your selection on a laminated menu.  After that, we went to see a show - Puffs, the story of the other students at Hogwarts.  Very funny, but you needed to have seen Harry Potter as there were lots of off-stage references to what was happening in the books and films.  I heard someone afterwards say he had no idea what as happening.
