Will they or won't they?....

In the last couple of weeks I have seen some Blue Tits around in the back garden, particularly around the bird box. but no more so than the last couple of days.

I didn't see any nesting material going into the box (there is, or certainly was a nest in there), I did see some nesting material being taken out, and I also saw this one pecking around the entrance hole a bit more, evidence you can clearly see.

All went quiet there later on today, so I will wait and see. I have a few theories, but the pecking around the entrance makes me hope that they will return and nest.
