The dropped stitch

Walls

Between work, most pleasant times with J.
Entering into the whole 'treasure hunt' process she was soon tracking down local addresses, and came with me to give directions for the first couple of hours of the day.
Elevenses in the Walls Kirk - open every Friday - and very popular!
We had fresh cream sponge with strawberries and carrot cake with nuts and cream cheese icing. Plus good coffee! A friendly welcome to all, and locally made knitwear, jams and chutneys on sales tables.
I also learned that not only towns but toilets, can be twinned. Had to blip that!

Spent the rest of the day north, and on the way 'home' received a voicemail with instructions for a location I would pass. J had been enquiring of neighbours and suddenly my solitary job has become a team effort: "there's no name on it, but if you stop off at the red house, opposite the trees as you come through the village you'll find it's one on your list"!

The extra is a beautifully decorated nissen hut. Mmm, maybe it should have been the main blip with the toilet info taking second place??
