Tap Dancing Penguin?-Silly Saturday #77

My husband has heard me say it many times, " I already have the shot I want to use for my blip/ cover photo, but I'm still taking my camera with me because I might see penguins tap dancing on the rail and that would change everything".  A friend gave my daughter this penguin yesterday, so he thought he would use it for a little humor and I'm using it for Silly Saturday!
