When Fergus Ran Past

8.9C with sunny sunshine all day long and some more cloud than yesterday.
Moderate Westerly breeze.

Grocery shopping.

Went the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay. We saw seals on the rocks at Kiel, and one or two Gannets in the air out over the sea. Ringed Plovers were on the beach at Carskey, and of course there were Oystercatchers too.

At Carskey we walked along to the far end and back. Fergus was running bout, and as usual disappearing over the top of the dunes. When he came running back (eventually) he ran past us like the cheeky rascal he is.

Later there was F1 on the telly. From Australia. The race result was affected, some may say spoiled, by a virtual safety car.

Apothecary7 was painting with BBC radio 2 in the background.
