Crocuses and kurly kale...

...at the top of the garden...
Apparently the snow was blown up to the level of our windowsill while we were away! It's reasonably dry in the garden now though, so I even managed to peg some washing out today - most of the ski stuff done, and Roy has serviced the skis.
Lots of purple crocuses still around - and we're having the kurly kale with fishcakes for lunch tomorrow ( see extra ).
