Jack and Celeste are back in Istanbul for a few days, and this evening we went out for dinner in Rumeli Hisari to celebrate their visit, belated birthday for me, and in advance birthday for Alex (tomorrow).  Good company more than compensated for the miserable weather. 

Still thinking about yesterday's 'march for our lives' all over the US and elsewhere.  The deafening silence of Emma Gonzalez' speech that more than any words ever could, delivered the message 'enough is enough'; her silence sustained by hundreds of thousands of people.  Will it be enough?
