Good News the house has been acquired by a family and there will not be any building of houses on the land they love the big garden and although they will be making quite a few alterations, like moving the garage back a bit for one, we were chatting with the young man and his lovely little 4 year old daughter Lily (what a little chatterbox she is) today, and he seemed very nice, not met his wife yet, they also have a little boy probably a baby.
