Ah, progress, don't you just love it? I know it's a crap photo but the situation caught my eye and it just had to be today's blip.

The classic sandstone tenement sits alongside the hideous concrete monster and both await the noveau riche neighbours who'll be moving in to the ticky-tacky boxes being built by the riverside today.

Can't wait for the housewarming ...
